They were ten of them on this trip and all had paid millions of dollars and had undergone intensive training for the privilege to travel in space and land on the moon.

What a thrill it was to finally step on the surface of the moon, something which was previously unthought of for the ordinary people but his euphoria soon turned into horror by seeing what was approaching them.

The scientists and the investigators looked through all the data and the filmed coverage many times but couldn’t find any trace of the passengers of “The Moon Voyager ” anywhere, it looked like they had just evaporated from the surface of moon!

The prompt;

If you want to go full Apollo 11, check out Apollo in Real Time – it’s amazing and I can’t wait for the Moon landing on Saturday. If you’re not into space exploration, remember that the picture is only the starting point. You take your lines wherever you want.

The air show was spectacular indeed with the fly-by of the planes ejecting colored exhaust mesmerizing the audience.

The large number of the people gathered had eyes lifted skywards and craning their neck, shielding eyes from the sunlight they watched the pilots performing feats of daredevilry and wowing the spectators.

That was why when the crash came it was such a huge shock to everyone, and no one could ever forget how they saw one of the plane collide with the one next to it and both enveloped in a ball of fire, a tragic end to something wonderful.

The castle stood there, defying time and laws of physics.

They stared at it with feelings of awe and wonder, as that was all they could do.

All access to it were blocked with the massive flooding that happened a few weeks ago and the agency in charge were dreading the damage the water was causing, but still the view it presented was awesome.

How does it feel when the children are tired of playing with their toys, abandoning them carelessly and going off to look for something new to play with.

Both the Flamingo and the unicorn had thought that they were absolutely amazing but apparently they were wrong that’s why they were lying on the seaside, forlorn and feeling useless.

But, joy! As Sarah and her little sister came back to pick them up before the went to the little pool at the side for some cooling off.

Hey ma’am, you can’t stand in the middle of the road, it’s positively dangerous and against the law.

Oh, I see you are shooting for a commercial but still I would advice you to move away from the middle of the thorough fare.

Are you even listening to me? Please ma’am a big truck is heading your way……….………… I told you to move out of its way……….………………

The three archers stood ready to set their arrows sailing through the air on the command, each confident of hit the target precisely.

As soon as the word was given, the three arrows took flight and pierced the same target simultaneously.

The boy stood quaking in his shoes as the apple on his head fell of, disintegrating into many pieces.

Where are we?

This looks like last century to me, I think that this time machine has brought us to somewhere in the middle of twentieth century.

Oh man! Look at this car, I can’t believe they used to have vehicles so big back then; the amount of fuel this would be burning and the emissions would be just criminal!

Three Lines Tales week 174

It took him such a long time to come back home, the home he grew up in that was teeming with memories of his life before he went away to study, where he lived another life with his family.

He had lost touch with his siblings when his parents passed away and now after a long time the connection was restored by his brother who had come to live in their old home.

He knocked hesitantly and waited ; the door was flung open by his brother with a big beaming smile.

What an amazing sight it was, the majestic polar bear immersed in water.

The kids watch with fascination and renewed respect for this versatile creature which manages to survive despite the harsh living conditions it has .

They will one day try to save the way of life for these beautiful animals.

Standing here on the rooftop of her apartment building, she could see the view for miles around her.

She stretched her arms towards the sky, connecting with the nature and disciplined her body and mind to obey her will.

An hour spend doing yoga every day worked wonders for releasing all the stress in her life and she felt rejuvenated after each session.
