People will tell you to keep busy to ward off boredom

Always doing something is a way to find happiness

Sometimes this is the best way forward, I have no doubt

But being busy all the time can rob us of the peace we all crave

We all need a moment to just sit idle and do absolutely nothing

A space of time where you don’t have a place to go to or a chore to attend to

Keep a little time away from the busyness of life, just to relax
