I am writing to express my opinion, share my experiences and to maybe provide some insight. My blog is addressing women at 50 ( but men are welcome to read my posts) ,their issues and the questions that come up at this stage in life. I don’t aim to teach, but to learn together.

So true Sadje. But that’s also how we get disappointed. It’s hard not to have those expectations

Yes that’s true. I think with time we do know who will live up to our expectations and who won’t.

It’s how I get duped so many times – thinking others have the same motivation.

I think it’s an inherent trait of humans; to think that others think the way they think.

That is the truth. I had to learn, repeatedly, not everyone loves or shares love and kindness with my same energy or enthusiasm.

It hurts when the person you’d go out of your way for won’t spare a moment of their time for you. 💞
