Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim friends

Today and tomorrow Eid-ul -Fitr is being celebrated all around the world! The difference in the date is due to the Eid moon being sighted on different dates in different regions of the world.

I’d like to wish everyone who celebrates Eid a very happy and joyous day. May the blessings of Almighty Allah be on you and your family. Aameen.

  1. Hello Sadje! May Allah accept your fasting, prayers, and good deeds during the holy month of Ramadan, and bless you and your loved ones with joy and peace on this auspicious occasion. Wishing you a joyous and blessed Eid-ul-Fitr filled with love, laughter, and lots of delicious food. Eid Mubarak! 😊🙏

  2. Some holidays are off in different faiths because of when the moon rises and sets. Some calendars are lunar, some solar. And some holidays are mostly solar with just one major one having a lunar exception. And some holidays if you are in the country of origin, you only have to celebrate one day, but if you are not in that country you have to celebrate for two – having to account for not being in the ‘home’ country. 🙂

I do hope your celebration was delightful! (((Hugs))) Our secular calendar had this holiday on April 22. This year joining Earth Day (which really should be everyday).
