General knowledge is something we all should know
But unfortunately it’s as uncommon as the common sense we all should have
Genuine concern for the future survival of our youth
Sometimes keeps me up at night wondering, how?
They may call themself Gen-X, but they seriously lack survival skills
How to fix something in their work space or make it work
Makes them go running to ma or pa, to get explicit instructions
But one thing I must admit that they have the skill to run
Five parallel conversions at the same time while playing
Multiple games on their gaming consoles, with a host of opponents
Perhaps what they lack in one aspect of daily life, they make up in another!

I think that younger generations are better at handling chaos then older ones, because that is all they have ever known.

There’s definitely a resiliency issue with younger generations. Hopefully they will learn that being uncomfortable and doing things that stretch ourselves is how we grow, and how we increase our own resiliency.
