What role does ENCOURAGEMENT plays in public dealing?

What is the biggest asset in public dealing? Lift the spirit of your co-workers and employees with encouragement for a job well done. It does wonders for morale.

Positive reinforcement makes people believe in themselves and can perform better than their own estimation.

Starting from young children to grown adults, we all savor praise and encouragement. It makes us do better than we think we can do because the power of positive thinking is like a superpower.

Where, criticism can shred the confidence of a person, encouragement builds them up.
