At the end of the rainbow

Seeing a rainbow is a rare treat

How it brings a smile to anyone’s face

Some think it’s lucky, others look for the pot of gold

You can explain the rainbow scientifically no doubt

But you cannot explain the magic of seeing a rainbow 🌈

  1. When we were in Ireland, there were rainbows almost every day, especially in the morning. We get them here, too, but only occasionally. I remember once there were two huge rainbows — a double — over a major roadway. Traffic completely stopped and everyone got out of their cars and just stared at the sky. They really ARE magical.
