My life is pretty much unregimented. When I get too scheduled, something inside of me cries to get out of the jail the schedule held in and I claw and scratch until I escape.

Oh yes it is. Especially as we grow older, we get more attached to the way we do things and when we do them. It’s good to add flexibility to our repertoire.

I had to be regimented when I went to school and later went to work teaching elementary school. I was always late! 🙂
