Catching everyone’s eye

The darkness envies

Bright rays of the sun

All life depends on it

It’s warmth life-giving

Like sunflowers we can’t

Exist without our sun

A star circled by adoring planets

Like a queen surrounded by

Respectful ladies-in-waiting
