I am writing to express my opinion, share my experiences and to maybe provide some insight. My blog is addressing women at 50 ( but men are welcome to read my posts) ,their issues and the questions that come up at this stage in life. I don’t aim to teach, but to learn together.

Very wise. Fear is normal, and when we can accept it for what it is, we can let it go, instead of holding to it so tightly that it increases in size and scope.
Well said… It’s what we make of it. Just a word👌🤍

Sharing a fear with someone is often helpful in shaking a fear. We may learn the why of it.

Very true Sadje. the fear of fear is the problem, it needs to be brought into perspective. Put it into context and it can lose its paralysing power

Well done and gripping if we let fear take over but like you said “Shake it off, let it’s power weaken
Without our trepidation
It’s just a word”

Thanks Cindy. Yes, if we don’t let it have power over us, it won’t

Absolutely right Jeff. As the saying goes, ‘There’s nothing to fear but the fear itself’
