Eternally in Love

Falling in love is such a beautiful sensation, no matter how fleeting it turns out to be.

Some people love to be in love, they are in love with the mere idea of love, the recipient of this love could be anyone, no worries there.

The younger people are more prone to the idea of being eternally in love, if one partner lets you down, they would shed a few tears, and then start to look for a new person to put on the pedestal of the ideal lover.

Let’s be honest here, love is a feeling never to be belittled or looked down on, in fact it’s so precious that it should be given after much thought and deliberation on pros and cons of the person you’re going to give your heart to.

Sometimes loves grows on you, out of the mundane, ordinary feelings and overwhelms you with its intensity.

If you don’t believe me, ask those who have celebrated golden or Diamond jubilee of their marriage

This post is a lighthearted look at love. No intention of disparaging those who love, often or with more than one person. ❤️

  1. Lovely write up, Sadje.
I wholeheartedly agree with you, “Sometimes loves grows on you, out of the mundane, ordinary feelings and overwhelms you with its intensity.
“How funny, I was thinking of just that as hubby and I were making the beds and chatting. After 47 years of knowing each other, I thought these mundane chores done together are moments of companionship, love, and caring.

  2. What an adorable way yo think of love. Oh I love this. Look at this:
“… love is a feeling never to be belittled or looked down on, in fact it’s so precious that it should be given after much thought and deliberation on pros and cons of the person you’re going to give your heart to…”
Amazing! Nothing is further from the truth.
