  7. On a funnier note there’s a quote in Hindi, which I use it to cool down patients, who are extremely hyper and driven. Who push themselves and without realising even their near and dear ones to the breakpoint. Which sometimes can be dangerous to their mind and body.

    It goes something like this,
    “आज करे सो, कल कर
    कल करे सो परसो
    इतनी जल्दी क्यां है यारो
    जब जीना है बरसो

    A loose translation, “ postpone, what is to be done today to tomorrow, tomorrow’s deeds to day after tomorrow, for whats the hurry, when you are going to live a lot more longer.
