Steve Maraboli

  1. We were noticing today on our morning walk that we are getting stronger. We are above 7,000 feet altitude and the first few days were exhausting. Our bodies naturally adapt and are resilient.

  2. This is great. Things seem to ebb and flow – right now, we are ebbing HA I think as a kid you don’t process how adulting is just making things up as you go and that’s definitely what I’m doing. I think American culture unjustly looks negatively upon aging – it is something we should celebrate. Wisdoms, growth, family, and retirement!
