“Life doesn’t gets easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient”
Steve Maraboli
This is happening to us every day, even when we aren’t consciously aware of it. We should acknowledge it and take advantage from this remarkable phenomenon of life.
I am writing to express my opinion, share my experiences and to maybe provide some insight. My blog is addressing women at 50 ( but men are welcome to read my posts) ,their issues and the questions that come up at this stage in life. I don’t aim to teach, but to learn together.

We were noticing today on our morning walk that we are getting stronger. We are above 7,000 feet altitude and the first few days were exhausting. Our bodies naturally adapt and are resilient.
This is great. Things seem to ebb and flow – right now, we are ebbing HA I think as a kid you don’t process how adulting is just making things up as you go and that’s definitely what I’m doing. I think American culture unjustly looks negatively upon aging – it is something we should celebrate. Wisdoms, growth, family, and retirement!
First one is so powerful. ❤

Thanks Anna! I think aging is a privilege denied to many. We should feel it’s positive benefits as we grow older.
