Welcome back to another Sunday Poser

This week my question is;
Where do you go when you need solitude?
I like spending time alone and when I want to be by myself, I used to go out for a walk. Now that I have to temporarily give up this activity, I go to my bedroom and spend time there listening to music, reading and writing blogs, or reading the current book.
I find solitude refreshing and it helps me recharge my batteries.
What about you; Do you like being on your own and whatโs your favorite place to spend alone time?
Please share your thoughts in the comments section or you can write your own post and link it to this one so that I can find it.
As usual, thanks of visiting and reading.

Iโm mostly alone at work, which is nice. At home, itโs quiet and peaceful, even though I have a housemate, so thatโs perfect for me. If I need to be alone, which I often do, home is the best place!

I definitely need alone time, pretty much every day. It’s good that my husband still works! I really enjoy walks by myself, being in nature helps clear my mind. But I like being on my bed with a good book too.

Oh yes, the presence of the other half 24/7 can destroy the peace at times. Thanks for sharing Susi.

I donโt need to go anywhere. I have plenty of solitude right at home.

I live alone so there is solitude here, but I do like to take a walk for a different perspective.

Great ways to find some alone time Sadje! ๐ I like to go to my favourite coffee shop; go for a run or watch TV/read a book after the kids have gone to bed. โค๏ธ๐

I find solitude in getting lost in a book in my comfy, green armchair or listening to music while working on my tapestry, or cooking while listening to music, or walking in the park around a lake, stopping to admire the life on and around the lake or writing.
