My animal – Monkey

My monkey brain was manically leaping from idea to idea. If this went on longer I may be fit only for a mental health facility.

I stared at the picture of the two monkeys I was coloring and tried to monitor the chaos in my mind by deep breathing and spending some mindful minutes to calm my berserk brain.

At last the condition manifested itself as total brain exhaustion, and I sunk into a deep slumber.
