This reminds me of a sign I saw that a woman put up near her home. It was a cross walk sign, but it said; Walk Silly.
And her home camera captured some folks having fun!

A wonderful story. I lived in Toronto, along time ago. I do believe that there is a bike repair shop called “Flying Wheels”
