Creating order

Arranging the blocks and alphabets frantically
She wants to create order out of disorder
Harmony is important to her, perhaps too much
Her mind rebels at the suggestion of disarray
When her own life lays in shambles, broken
And she cannot arrange it into a neat pattern
She appeases her inner turmoil by creating
Order in the external environment around her

This week we give you two images. You can choose any one or both, and base your piece on whatever comes to mind.

  1. ‘She appeases her inner turmoil by creating
Order in the external environment around her’, It seems I know people like her, including me.
    Nicely written. Excellent take, dear.

  2. I am reading about Peter Mark Roget – yes, of Roget’s Thesaurus! And how he kept himself sane by making his lists. 😀

      1. It’s a bit slow… but I’m reading other fun mysteries at the same time. Though I haven’t done much reading in the last few weeks or month working on various other projects 🙂

And add to that – putting my home back in order 🙂
