For this week’s prompt, I am sharing one of my all time favorite song;

Woman in love by Barbra Streisand:

It is such a beautifully sung song with a timeless melody. The lyrics pull at the heartstrings of the listeners. I’m not adding the lyrics as they are a part of the video.

  4. This is a great Barbra Streisand song. The lyrics are wonderful with her singing “I gave you it all”, because that is so typical of almost every woman giving everything that they have willing to sacrifice anything for somebody else’s happiness. Barbara has such a wonderful voice, thanks for sharing this Sadje.

  10. I suddenly flashed back to Helen Reddy’s song, “I Am Woman, Hear Me Roar”! It was a powerful, if not always appreciated theme 🙂
