Rumi on Self discovery

  1. Rumi is one of my favorite poets of all time. It all started in 2014, when my school friend gifted me ‘Rumi, the book of love’, on my birthday, and from then on, no matter how many times I read, I just cannot have enough. Every time I discover something new, I mean a new perspective. I went on to read some of his famous books, including Selected Poems collection. I highly recommend these two. One of the writings I can remember at the moment is, ‘You have to keep breaking your heart, until it opens’ or ‘the wound is the place where the light enters you’.

This post reminded me of all that. Lovely ❤️
