Welcome back to another Sunday Poser

This week my question is related to Thanksgiving holiday in USA.

At this moment, What are you grateful for?

It is easy to say that I am grateful for this or that in my life, but it needs real mindfulness to appreciate our blessings. Saying things in a way that we mean them too, is what enriches our lives.

Today, at this moment I am grateful for my family. Though many are away from me, we are connected with bonds of love which are stronger than the distance that divides us. My husband, my three children and their families are my best treasure in life. And among my family, I include my friends in real life and those in my virtual family. As I was telling my Aunt today that the one unexpected advantage of Blogging was that I found so many wonderful friends who are kind, sincere and generous.

  2. I agree family is the greatest treasure for those who are without, I pray God will guide them to true friends who at times become like family. Think about it family means connection through God. His one of many gifts.

  4. A beautiful post, Sadje. There are, as you stated so well, all types of family that travel along life’s way with us. They are treasures indeed.
    Moreover, being a “friend” to one’s self is a treasure too (I think). For, a person is never apart from the self, the closest “family of one” — a person will ever have.

  5. Excellent! Family and friends are everything. I’m grateful these past few days that my daughters and families have been remembering me for my birthday coming up. Already got gifts, texts, and lunch, and got to visit with my grand-daughter for all of that and party games too the other day. Glad every one is happy and healthy. ❤

  8. I’m grateful for medical staff. I’m undergoing a lot of tests at the moment to solve some underlying health issues, and the staff assisting me have been so nice. It’s made things a lot easier.
