I am writing to express my opinion, share my experiences and to maybe provide some insight. My blog is addressing women at 50 ( but men are welcome to read my posts) ,their issues and the questions that come up at this stage in life. I don’t aim to teach, but to learn together.

Yes, absolutely great advice, and beautifully penned!
I do remember when we would get in the car and just drive about. Now though everything really does need some kind of planning. Especially with prices rising for everything, especially fuel. In our area one gallon of gas is about $3.50. So I always make sure I have more than one stop when I take my car for a spin.

Indeed, it is so important to slow down, to be present, and to remember to breathe. Lovely poem, Sadje.
