Sunday Poser # 37

Welcome to Week 37 of Sunday Poser

Today a simple question;

How are you today?

We ask each other this question when we meet or talk. But very few really want to know , hope we really are.

Today I want to know how you’re feeling! I want you to share your joys or troubles with me because sharing is good for us.

Today is Sunday so it’s usually a relaxing day for me. But today I need to get my roots dyed because I have to attend a wedding ceremony. It’s family so we cannot get out of the obligation. And then next Wednesday, it’s Eid-ul-Adha. So it will serve a dual purpose for me.

Yesterday I saw the orthopedic doctor and he diagnosed the pain in my left ankle and heel as arthritic. I plan to get a steroid injection in there next Saturday.

So this is my news, and what is yours?

Please share your thoughts in the comments section or you can write a post of your own and link it to this one.

Thanks for visiting and reading.

  1. A lovely question, dear Sadje. Am doing well; and, also have quite a bit of shoulder pain, left shoulder, due to frozen shoulder….am doing physical therapy, and the movement is coming back gradually…slow process. Thanks for asking, my friend. ❤ Have a wonderful time at the wedding.

    1. Frozen shoulder is painful! I’ve been there and have had steroids injections in both of them. Now I take care too move my arms in full movement range. I hope you get better soon my friend. Take care and have a great week ahead

  2. Not in a great place today, although I am looking forward to spending the evening celebrating my oldest’s birthday. He’s turned 29! Maybe that also contributes to my mood? It’s a joyous occasion but makes my mind think “where has the time gone?”

  3. I hope you do enjoy the wedding. Arthritis pain sounds horrible. I’m so grateful I don’t have it.

As for me, I’m feeling quite well. Had a pretty productive, creative day making a bead keychain and a melt and pour soap.

Oh, I realize I never participated in last week’s #SundayPoser. Sorry for that. Something apparently distracted me.

  4. I had 3 days in a row of socializing, which was a bit much, and today I’m happy to be entirely alone. I am looking forward to a good night’s sleep and a chill week. Hope the steroid helps you!

I am tired, but okay today, thank you for asking. 🤗🥰💕
I have my monthly pain pump fill appointment Monday afternoon, then I see my Primary doctor on Friday for a check up on my psoriasis and he wants to do a pap☹ It’s probably been close to 20 years since I’ve had one, so UGH! I’ll do it.

    1. I hope my friend that all goes well with the doctor’s appointments. Pap smear should be done annually, though mine was a few years ago too. Wishing you a restful week ahead.
Thanks for your lovely wishes my friend.
