QUESTIONS

Okay we’re flipping things over this week with three rather silly questions and one philosophical one.

What would be much better if you could just change the color of it?

Peanut butter! If you know what I mean! πŸ˜›

Do You Think Cats Have Any Regrets?

I think sometimes when my kitten bites my toes too hard and I squeal in pain, he looks a bit sorry for perhaps a few seconds!

Sitting in my lap while I watch a movie!

Do you ever count your steps when you walk?

You know I actually did that when I hadn’t gotten an odometer. I was supposed to do a mile in the morning and another in the evening when I got my knee surgery. So I measured my step, then counted the steps in my driveway. After doing the math, I found out that doing 40 round laps would make a mile, (or was it 25 laps?). Anyway I was happy when I got my Fitbit!

Is there a supreme power? (you choose over what, and please be respectful)

I believe in a supreme power, God, or as we call Him Allah in Arabic. My faith centers around this concept and for all the good and bad deeds, we are answerable to Him.

GRATITUDEPlease feel free to share some gratitude with everyone!

(Thanks to my wonderful readers who share these amazing gratitude memes!)

It rained today. A heavy downpour with a loud thunderstorm. The air has cooled down a lot and it is so nice outside.

My lemon tree is producing lemons

Many thanks Melanie for these questions.

  1. Thank you Sadje for Sharing Your World! That lemon tree looks like it is thriving! Mmm. To have a freshly picked lemon would be heavenly, but alas it is much too cold here to grow them successfully. That is indeed a blessing! I agree with your thoughts on the Higher Power, but it’s been interesting to read the various answers to that question, none of which dealt with a deity of any sort before yours. The first voice in the wilderness! Some of the choices were very interesting though! Your kitten is so darling, and I suspect he’ll grow out of that biting thing as he matures. Ziggy still nips me now and then, only now with so few teeth, I say he gums me. It’s also a playful thing or can be, so maybe kitty wants to play with you or wants your attention and that TV is taking what he considers his fair share! LOL Beautiful little cat! Thanks again Sadje, and have a wonderful week. Enjoy the cooler temperatures!

    1. It’s always a pleasure Melanie to share my world with you. I know that you have similar beliefs like mine. The rest have mostly treated it as a light question. One noticed that people don’t talk about God for some reason!
Many thanks for these wonderful questions. I’ll think of you when I enjoy the lemons.

  2. I’m glad that you’ve been blessed with rains. That’s a great photo, dear. Glad to hear about your lemon tree too. And I hope that Dinky doesn’t hurt you with his bites. I hope I remembered his name correctly!

  3. I enjoyed reading your answers. Little Dinky is so cute! Kitties are so playful at this age, and they also give what is called ‘love bites’ to show affection to us.
I’m glad y’all are getting the refreshing rains! πŸ™‚
