One Minute Fiction Challenge- Old typewriter

Cranny is hosting this challenge

 What’s the ”One Minute Fiction” challenge about? Easy. Each week I’ll provide a prompt to inspire you to write a very short story. The idea is to manage to type your whole story in a minute or less. Of course, you can think about it before hitting the keyboard, and you can take all your time to edit it afterwards… Just make sure to tag your story with #1MinFiction, and create a pingback to my week’s challenge post, so I can easily find it! So, here is this week’s picture;

It was a surprise, waiting on her doorstep. An old fashioned typewriter with a note on it. She couldn’t make sense of it but since there was her name on the case she brought it inside and put it reverently on her shabby table.

On a whim, she sat and inserted a sheet of paper in it. She pressed the first key, and the keys rapidly started typing and in minutes a story emerged on the paper.

When people asked her later what was the secret to her becoming an overnight successful author, she just smiles!
