WritePhoto- Secret in the stone

KL Caley is the host of WritePhoto

Welcome to the weekly #writephoto prompt!

Stone’s don’t lie, or do they? This week’s prompt is an interesting stone with a key-like inscription.
I can’t wait to read your entries this week.

The Secret in the stone – Image by KL Caley

For visually challenged writers, the image shows a stone or a tomb with a key-like inscription but no words upon it.

“Did you see my set of keys?”

“Nopes. Have you lost them again?”

“I just had them in my hand a while ago, I don’t know what happened to them”

“How many times I’ve told you to put them in a fixed place. That way you wouldn’t have to look for them every time”

“I don’t want another lecture, can you just help me look for them. I’m getting late”

“What’s the magic word!”

“Okay, I’ll take a look. Did you go outside a while ago?”

“Yes, I did.”

“They are right there in the front lawn, near that stone slab. I can see them from here!”

“Oh, thanks. I see them now, thanks, mom!”

(Losing keys is quite a common occurrence in many households. I’ve taken a humorous take on this prompt. My brain is too fuzzy right more to think of anything serious)
