For Letter F, I have chosen Family and Friends

A tether to keep my spirit grounded

With family and friends, I need to be surrounded

They are my strength, my safety net

They provide the wall I lean against in defeat

They arrange the victory party when I succeed

People can and do live without family and friends

But what a bonus it is to have both cheering in your corner

I bow my head in gratitude for this blessing in my life

  11. You are right about family and friends. My family is miles away, and none of us travel, so it’s been a while since I have seen them. Still, it is good to know they are only a call away if I need their encouragement or advice. My close friends are my family here, and I am blessed to have them near.
