What do you see # 71 -A Roundup

♾♾♾

It stands tall and proud

People see it with wonder in their hearts

A monument that has survived centuries

Those who planned it and build it gone so many years ago

People come and go, leaving memories behind

Good deeds remembered with reverence and

The bad deeds done are always cursed and condemned

Chose what you will leave behind to be remembered with

  1. I have a funny story about how we treasure what we leave behind. It was a comic about a young bride to be selecting her wedding dress she told her friend she wanted something that her daughter would wear – something to be passed down. So the friend asked why don’t you wear your mother’s wedding dress. And the Bride to Be says;
    “I wouldn’t be caught dead in that old thing” – It truly is perspective 😀
