Spring is in the air, temperatures are moderate and the spirits are lifting.

I too was affected by the spring fever and headed to the nearest garden center.

I did get a bit carried away but the blooms and plants were hard to resist.

After splurging a sizable amount on planters, soil, bulbs, and indoor plants, I stopped by the flowers and got tulips and lilies, pansies, and daisies.

Though spring is a very short season in my city, we will enjoy these beauties till it lasts.

    1. I had forgotten the name the guy selling them told me. The botanical names are so difficult to remember. They are lovely. My tulips have taken root and hopefully we’ll get some flowers too.
