Welcome to Thursday Inspiration!

This week’s theme is hide and the image is above. Here’s a snippet of song from the Beatles’ “You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away.”

Everywhere people stare
Each and every day
I can see them laugh at me
And I hear them say
Hey, you’ve got to hide your love away

Hide in plain sight, be invisible by being ordinary

People look to taunt and make fun of those who are different

Don’t give them a chance to pick on you or catch you

These had been the words of wisdom he grew up on

And now he saw other kids being bullied and tormented

And felt that he should give them the same advice

But then he thought, why make them cowards and defeatists

Why not teach them to defend themselves and stand strong

As he went forward to give courage to a small cowed down boy
