Paula has asked us to share something we love, for each day of the month of February.
For my # 6 love in the month of February, I choose;
Good health
Even a headache can really throw us off the track. We rarely value good health till we feel sick. So my choice is good health and I hope that we may all be blessed with it.
I am writing to express my opinion, share my experiences and to maybe provide some insight. My blog is addressing women at 50 ( but men are welcome to read my posts) ,their issues and the questions that come up at this stage in life. I don’t aim to teach, but to learn together.

I know for me I would completely agree I don’t value my good health till I start to lose it, I am going to do mt best to honor every ounce of good health in me.

That’s so true for most of us. We should value our health and try to improve it. Thanks for visiting.

Good one! I agree. Even with my Fibromyalgia and plaque psoriasis, I’m in pretty good health and I’m thankful and mindful of it!💕

Never! Someone once told me that we never value good health till we fall sick. And I think it’s so true.

Indeed! But we only appreciate it when we aren’t in good health
