QUESTIONS:
Is it necessary to trust someone you like? (friends, acquaintances or co-workers with whom you have no familial ties)
I think there can be no friendship without trust. We can have good acquaintances who we may not trust completely but they won’t be good friends. A friend needs to be trustworthy and reliable.
Do you hold grudges?
I do hold a grudge in the sense that I remember what the other person did. I may forgive them but I don’t forget. That would be naive and can result in more pain.
What do you do when someone really irritates you?
If someone irritates me I just shut up. I stew in my mind and seldom let the emotion show. But being just a human, there are times when I speak against whatever is irritating me.
What’s the most sensible thing you’ve heard someone say?
I know it’s a cliche but;
“Things can always be worse than what they are”
This is actually very true and it does remind me to be grateful that they aren’t, even worse.
Is crying a sign of weakness or strength in adults?
Not at all. I cry at the strangest situations and moments. It’s just my emotional response when I feel too full or moved. One should cry, it lightens the heart.
GRATITUDE SECTION (Always Optional)
What small things were you grateful for this week?
I am getting better with the meds I am taking for my stomach infection. I even had half a cup of tea today and a bit of normal food.
Yay!!!

Thank you Sadje for Sharing Your World. Very wise thoughts, my opinion of you is verified in your response to the anger and grudge questions – you are kind and compassionate, even when others might not be. Great adage to live by and remember too! Have a great week and keep feeling better! ❤

Tummy trouble is the worst IMO. It just makes you feel completely yuck! I’m glad yours is getting better!
Every time I think about how things “could be worse”, they usually get worse🤦🏼♀️, so I just put my head down and keep plodding through 😉😂😂💕

Thanks Angie, I am almost normal now. And yes anything that makes you feel fed up with life is yuck!
I know that happens, when I say to my that at least it’s not ……
and then that happens too! Murphy’s law I guess!

I tend to do the same when I am irritated. I keep the emotion in check and bottled up… I know I shouldn’t but I just don’t deal with anything close to anger well. Glad to hear you are on the mend too!
