As I stroll in the garden I weave fantasies in my mind
I see Willows gently swaying with the breeze
Butterflies flitting from flower to flower
The morning sunlight accentuates their lively colors
In my mind, I eschew misery and troubles of life
I elect to be positive and shun the negativity brewing
The silence of my environs soothe away all anxiety
The right way to start my day, a commune with nature
Taking in lungfuls of fresh air and scattering the
Poisons festering in the heart away in the wind

what a wondrous morning meditation … just pray it’s true and not fiction 🙂

Yes, it is. For me I do this every morning, though not very early and not in a real garden.
