Questions:
The first question is courtesy of the magnificent blogger, Rory (aka A Guy Called Bloke”). He asked this one last Saturday on a random question post he wrote and I thought it was nifty AND sort of Halloween-y, so I thought I’d include it.
“How many people in real life or on social media (including WordPress, which has become a rather social media site) do you consider good enough friends to help you ‘hide the dead body?”
This is purely a silly and fun exercise, so don’t worry that there are bodies in need of burying. At least I don’t have any…. if you do, I hope you have some good friends who will lend a hand in getting rid of the evidence AND never tell a living soul….
As I commented on Rory’s post, I have a few very good friends from my med school days who are willing to go the extra mile for me, as I would for them. And a couple of friends that I made in the last decade or so. As you all probably know that murder and mayhem are not my styles of doing things, but if I am in a fix and need help or advice I turn to these bestest of best friends. And of course, there is my family. I can go to them with my troubles and problems and though they will likely give me a scolding first, they will step in to help me any way they can.
Are You Ready To Order? What Are You Having (craving) right now?
Right now, it is little time to go till dinner and I am craving a strong cup of coffee! It has to be decaf as it is near to my bedtime. A nice piece of Nutella brownie would be wonderful with it. But obviously, I won’t have the brownie but I’ll just go get myself the coffee after I’ve written this post.
How’s the weather in YOUR neck of the woods?
Thankfully the the temperature is dropping and now it is acceptable to fall weather these days, especially in the evening and early morning. The day gets warm but not that much. The leaves on the trees are still intact and lush green. Our autumn is a short season and we seldom see the beautiful rusts and golds in our part of the world.
Lastly, one deep question, because some folks enjoy those. Prepare yourself. Or pass.
It’s all good!
There has always been something. Before there was something, there was only nothing. Which do you think is more likely?
As the law of conservation of matter and energy states;
“Matter can neither be created nor destroyed”
So there must always be something to create something else from it. If there was nothing in the beginning, there still would be nothing!
Attitude of Gratitude:
What is your favorite time of year? Why?
My favorite time of year is any time that my family is together and in harmony. Life has its ups and downs and for all my kids to be in good balance with each other takes a bit of good luck and a bit of work. So anytime I hear them having fun together and enjoying each other’s company, it is my favorite time of the year.
