Alone
I came alone
And will depart alone
On the way I find many companions
Some go part of the way and some longer
But the journey is my own and only my responsibility
What I sow, I shall reap, what I do comes back to me

I hope that I can make an appearance for this week’s WDYS. And you’re right, Sadje. We’re alone when we come to this world and we’ll be alone when we leave it as well. Beautifully penned

I truly believe there is a difference between being alone and lonely.
To have the strength to be alone and take responsibilities for ones’ own actions is often a hard lesson.

Wow, it seems your participants list just keeps growing. I do like your take on the prompt… we may not make the journey alone but it is our responsibility.
