Paula is the host of Thursday Inspiration
This week’s theme is mystery and the picture is below. Here is the song snippet from “Building A Mystery,” a 1997 song by Sarah McLachlan.
‘Cause you’re working
Building a mystery
Holding on and holding it in
Yeah you’re working
Building a mystery
And choosing so carefully

~*~
Put on your thinking hat and try to unravel this mystery
Why the stars twinkle or air shimmers in the heat
Where does the rainbow end if not in a pot of gold
Or you can solve some mundane mysteries that often plague us
Why we get up early on a holiday and miss the alarm on weekdays
Why when we are free to do as we please, we can’t think of anything fun
And when we are overburdened with work, we get a million ideas
If you ever have an answer please do share with me
These puzzles have had me scratching my head

One of my daughter’s favorite songs! Nice poem, Sadje. If life weren’t full of such paradoxes, think how much less interesting it would be! 😉

It is questions like that my Dad would answer “So you can ask questions about them.” 🤨
