And the Words: “Sorrow came—a gentle sorrow—but not at all in the shape of any disagreeable consciousness” – Jane Austen’s Emma.

Sorrow came—a gentle sorrow—but not at all in the shape of any disagreeable consciousness! It was just a feeling of failure. I had set my goals too high. They were unattainable and I should have know my limitations. I looked at the magnificent tower at the top of the steep hill and turned back regretfully. With a twisted ankle which I acquired on the way up, it was highly unlikely that I would be able to climb and visit this historic site. My dream will remain unfulfilled.

Maybe I could try this again on my next time visit.
