Daily prompts, From the heart, Poetry

Trust and faith sometimes can be frangible

We pay penalty for losing hope with unhappiness

I would rather sing odes to the blessings which

I and my household are endowed with, innumerable

Nothing epic, all simple ordinary things I can count

But each and everyone one of them makes my heart stout

This gratitude starts the journey initially

And takes me to the road of marvelous discoveries
