Questions:
Where Do You Not Mind Waiting?
I don’t mind waiting, when I know I will have to wait. Like seeing a doctor or a dentist. I also am mentally prepared when I ring up a helpline because the wait can be often very long. But I do mind waiting when there is no need to make people wait. When people are busy doing their own thing and are not concerned with wasting the time of others. I might, on such occasions comment on the delay!
What Is In Your Fridge Right Now? (you’re not required to give a comprehensive list)
Oh, you know the usual, bread, milk eggs, veggies, and fruit. Lots of flavored yogurts, cheese, and oat milk.
If You Could Only Speak One Word Today, What Would It Be?
Hmmm…….
Would You Rather Be Trapped In An Elevator Full Of Men With BO Or Three Soaked Dogs? (this is with the codicil that C-19 doesn’t exist)
I would rather take the stairs or wait for another elevator. Neither of the options is appealing.
An Attitude of Gratitude
Please feel free to share something good about last week. This is NOT mandatory, it is just if you’d like to.
I saw these plants growing virtually under the rock.
It makes me wonder why we worry about things so much for if these plants which cannot fend for themselves are thriving under such tough circumstances, we would too, even if we don’t worry about our future!
I am thankful for all that I am provided with, and which I take for granted. I am grateful.

people who make one wait while they jabber banalities on a cell phone annoy me greatly..and I always say something. If they become annoyed for my comments, then they are soon disabused of the notion they are there for anything but waiting on customers. I have the “disgruntled Mom” face downpat…….

Yes, same here. Though if anyone is with me, they are embarrassed at my attitude.

Like you i dont mind waiting for things and events that require waiting but i am annoyed if i know for a fact that a certain thing or event doesn’t require time and we are made to wait…from where i am government offices are notoriously known to have long hours of waiting time simply because employees are either too lazy to move fast or too arrogant to head on certain duties responsibly

That is true for our country too. They take pleasure in making things difficult for others.

Thanks Sadje for Sharing Your World! You’re the third person to opt to take the stairs! It’s a valid choice, although one I can’t personally make any longer. Well not unless they had an EMT with oxygen at the top of whatever stairs I took! 😆 Those photos are so sweet and you’re absolutely right…if such fragile beauty can survive, what does mankind have to complain about? We really are tougher than we think. You’re right about the wait question too…if informed it’s easier to bear if one has to wait, than if one is ignored or not told what the delay is. You’re very patient all the same! 🙂

Thank you so much Melanie. Every week you come up with such interesting questions.
Taking stairs is not easy but easier than the other two options!
