It’s drizzling here again. But in Seattle what else is new. Yesterday it was a dazzling sunny day but too hot to walk out. I sought shady areas for my walk. I should be getting up early to walk in the morning as it’s not easy to walk when the temps are climbing. It is June after all!

A new Disney movie came out last week and my grandson sold me the idea of a movie night with pizza! He had a convincing argument and got his pizza and movie night. I love how he handles me and his mom. Never really asking for anything, just gently suggesting in a wistful tone. How can we not cave in to this innocent appeal.

So it’s the weekend and time to catch up with the zzzz!
