Welcome back to another Monday prompt.

You can write a post on your blog and create a pingback to link to the original post.

Write an original story, poem or a caption.

I will try to reblog your response on my blog.

(For visually challenged reader, the image shows a woodland scene, where blue butterflies are sitting on the forest floor among tiny mushrooms. Tall trees are visible in the background)

  1. I think this lovely butterfly is ‘The small blue is a Palearctic butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. Despite its common name, it is not particularly blue. The male has some bluish suffusion at the base of its upper wings but is mostly dark brown like the female.’ And I remember one year at twilight at another home I had that they fluttered an entire hedge of overgrown Pussy-willows. It seemed very magical to me. Not sure if I’ll write about that but the image is also magical πŸ™‚
