12 Bloggerz Directory

We live in a questioning world so it’s hardly surprising that there are so many questions that are asked by people every day, week and month is it? This feature will ask you all sorts of questions – but will only ever ask you 12 questions per month. You can answer them in the comments section below or create a post on your own blog should you wish to – that’s your choice.

Where is your usual location for meeting friends?

When things were normal, we would go shopping together, eat out or catch a movie. Or we would meet at one another’s house and chill with food and long chats.

What is your favorite time of the day and has it changed recently due to current events?

My favorite time of the day is morning. And it hasn’t changed with recent circumstances. A new day always gets me excited.

What do you find embarrassing to talk or write about?

[Or do you not suffer with this?]

I don’t think I find anything embarrassing to write or talk about, but I am reticent in talking about personal stuff if you get my drift.

What will you NEVER write about?

[Why not?]

I don’t know the answer to this question, yet. I have written about a lot of things I never meant to write about till to date, so I cannot say what I will write about next!

Do you ever read erotic fiction or exotic literature of another kind?

Not intentionally, unless it’s part of a story. Even then I sort of skim over it. Not my cup of tea.

How confident are you about …. you?

Pleasantly, quite a lot. Especially now that I have reached the age of “couldn’t care less”!

Do you think in today’s digital climate with social media and so on … that people have too much to say and that they should be quieter or that people still are not talking enough?

Hmm…. In social media, you find both types. Those who have nothing to say and are going on non-stop about everything under the sun. And then there are those who have some wise words to contribute but are keeping silent.

Do you censor your own writing before publishing?

[As in prevent yourself from writing or expressing certain things the way you really want to?]

Nopes! I go with the flow. I write to express my thoughts and opinions so no censorship here. The only things I check for are typos and grammatical mistakes.

If you weren’t already you upon waking to a new day, who would you want to be the next time you wake up?

I do like waking up as myself so I don’t want to wake up someone else I don’t know as much as I know myself!

Have you done everything with your life you set out to when younger or are there still things you wish to achieve?

Not by a far stretch! But with age, I have stopped setting very ambitious goals for myself. I have short term and achievable targets which I usually do achieve.

What do you use when creating your blog posts and what would you sing the praises of with regards to the creation of written content as opposed to a desktop or a laptop?

[If you do use a Desktop or a Laptop please also let me know]

None of the above. I blog almost solely on my phone. It is very convenient and easy. The reason that I am more comfortable blogging from my phone is because of the ease of writing. On the laptop, it isn’t that easy.

Do you give your readership what they want or what they need? What do you as a content writer and creator get from that for you?

I am totally writing for myself, first and foremost! But I do different word and photo prompts, so that can in a way be taken as writing for others?

As for giving people what they need, I just don’t think myself qualified enough to say what they need. I write hopeful and positive poems and hope that they have a good impact on my readers.

From my writing, I get creative satisfaction.

  1. I just go tot know you a little bit better and it strikes me how much we have in common. Perhaps “birds of a feather” really do flock together. I prefer to blog from my desktop, I have never tried to do so from my phone. When we have to travel I use a tablet, but I don’t overly care for it. I like my big screen.
