What do you do to get rid of stress? 

When stressed out, I talk to myself and meditate. Meditation always helps me because I talk to God and tell all my problems to Him.

Going for long walks and listening to music helps too. It’s all about managing stress because we all get it from time to time.

In the past people were buried with the items they would need in the afterlife, what would you want buried with you so you could use it in the afterlife?

Since nothing I get buried with, will go to the hereafter with me, the best things that I would like to be buried with would be good deeds that I performed in this life and I would like to leave behind good and happy memories for all those who knew me in life.

What’s the opposite of a koala?  (this is strictly for fun.  I know what I came up with as an answer, but it was nonsensical.   Alaok.  See?   It’s okay to pass on this one too if you want)

Cola is dark and Fanta or Sprite are not !

What’s the creepiest tech out there?  (My interpretation of “tech” is app or program.  If you know what “tech” is supposed to mean, hey!  Great!   Educate us. 

Alexa, Siri, google.….

They all the creepy and they are gathering information about us. I do hope my post gets published with this super-secret information.


What method are you using to find your smile right now?   Please explain in detail so others might utilize the same ideas.   Some bloggers have shared a daily (weekly sometimes) method that they are using to keep their spirits up right now.   I’d love to hear from anyone who does and is successful at it!    Have a great week and stay safe!

I fear I would sound like a broken record, but my daily walks are keeping me in good morale. I have increased the time I walk to 100- 110 minutes in the morning! I talk to my husband, kids, and friends while walking. This has lots of advantages to it; I get in my daily quota of steps, keep in touch with my loved ones and also get fresh air and sun.

I get a 30-40 minutes walk after dinner to get my blood sugar levels to stay down. This is the time when the sun is setting and I can see the beautiful colors of it.

Every day I am grateful for my blog. It’s like I am visiting friends. Talking to them, sharing views. They cheer me up and educate me. It’s a wonderful way to connect.

  2. Let us know if the super spies catch up to you via so-called “smart” devices. We had a free google box given to us and gave it away instantly to our daughter-in-law who seems to love all the new toys. My kids think I’m paranoid. That’s okay. I value my privacy, although I do share quite a bit of our lives on my blog it is information I choose to share, mostly in the hope it may help someone else know they are not alone.

    I have to agree that blogging and sharing ideas has been so therapeutic and helps me deal with the stress and feel a whole lot less isolated. I am so very grateful for my blogging community.

    1. Till now, there haven’t been any repercussions. 😂
      I agree with you about privacy. But unfortunately we are so used to these “apps “ that we use them without giving it a thought.
      I love the blogging community too. Always seems like meeting friends.
