Word Prompt

Somnambulist

Challenge

~*~

Zombie like movements

Eyes open but unfocused

They talk but don’t make much sense

Unlocking doors, stepping outside

Or a daytime nap turning into a sleep walk

It’s dangerous sometimes being a somnambulist

It’s something out of their control

But when someone acts like one

With their brains awake and working

It’s something to be concerned about won’t you agree

Following unthinkingly what others tell them

Not using their minds but following in trance

Is it still somnambulism?

Word count; 78
