DONNA is the host of Sunday Photo Fiction

~*~
Wendy didn’t need too much convincing to be the seer at the local fare on the coming Sunday. All her friends were doing something at the fair to raise money for the homeless people of their community. They got together to make the posters and the rate list for the seer, Madam Oracle!
At the fair she did pretty well, mostly teenagers coming to her know if a certain handsome boy would be asking them for Valentine’s dance. Near the end of the day, an older lady entered the tent. Her vibes made Wendy a bit uneasy but as it was almost the end of the day, she asked for her usual fee. The lady paid in cash and sat down in front of her with her Palm extended. ” I want you to read my palm,” she said. “I have a feeling that you will know what lies in my future” Wendy tried to overcome her unease and awkwardness by smiling nervously.
Looking at her hands, she felt like she was seeing some images in her head. She dropped the lady’s hand abruptly and excused herself. The lady held on to her hand, saying urgently,” tell me what you saw” Wendy looked at her in perplexed expression. “I saw that you were laying on the fairgrounds, lifeless” As she realized what she had said, she apologized. The woman got up.” I know that fate is waiting for me, but you should know that you have the gift” saying this, she left the tent.
The next morning a woman was found dead in the park where the fair was held.
