Need you ask! snuggle in a blanket in front of a cozy fire. Preferably have a favorite book to read and some yummy snacks to go along.
Or one can snuggle up with a loved one. Two-legged or four-legged. Closeness generated warmth, not only in our bodies but also in our hearts. We don’t feel lonely or alone. Being cozy with your SO or your lovable pet has so many physical and psychological advantages.
It helps to balance our mind and keeps the dark thoughts away.
It also provides a sense of belonging and eases the feelings of loneliness.
This is a great way to bond, especially in cold weather.
The affection which we all crave from another being is fulfilled amply.
Environmentally speaking, it also lowers our energy bills as we keep each other warm.
