I think that it is a mixture of both. It has its advantages as in that it connects people living far away from each other. Like friends and family can keep in touch with each other via Facebook. And for myself, I do that. But the charm of Facebook has worn off for me. I feel that it has been misused so much and our personal data is not safe here anymore. So my usage of it is limited to perhaps once a week.
I do have a Twitter account which I have linked to my WordPress account. It acts as a second fiddle to my WP account. I don’t use Snapchat and haven’t learned how to use Instagram as yet, probably won’t ever.
If you count WordPress as a social media site, then I am all for it.

Only if I think I am looking presentable that I would like to get my picture taken. It is pure vanity. I am not one for taking lot of pictures either! So all in all camera shy.
I am not a sentimental person as far as things are concerned. I de-clutter frequently and throw away things that I, or other people don’t use in our home. The only things that I have are books from my late mother, which I do keep as a memento of her.
I used to when younger. Now I am too lazy to do that as everything that goes up, needs to come down too. So I am happy imagining them out there.
I like to think that I am. At least that is what my husband tells me. Sometimes I am too much of a black and white person where I think that we all should all go by the rules all the time. But by and large I hold onto my beliefs and follow them.
