A train journey

It had been ages since I had traveled by train. But the town I was to go to start my new job was more accessible by train. I booked my seat, waiting for it with pleasant anticipation.

The train was on time and initially the journey, quite uneventful. It was an hour into the trip, that I am rudely awakened from my reverie by a loud noise . When I look around, I see a turbulence outside my window. I instinctively plunge my hand out the open window. I feel a strong pull on my hand. I gasp and jerk my hand back, but it’s too late. The force which is creating the turbulence has me in its grip and pulling strongly. I try to anchor myself to something but I cannot get a good enough grip. Next thing I see is Earth receding far into a speck.
