Fandango Friday Flashback- Blogging buddy

I wrote this post last September on 16th. I am sharing it today as a Fandango Flashback Friday post;

If you are new to blogging, you will be lucky to find a mentor or as in my case, a blogging buddy.

When I started to write my blog, I was inspired by a very good friend of mine, who had started blogging lately.

It was my friend’s encouragement that made me take the final plunge and start writing. Every time I get stuck or am unable to find the correct way to do things in my #Wordpress blog, it is to them that I turn for advice and guidance.

Friends are always an essential in life, but in the world of blogging, if you have someone who knows the ropes, and has been there, ( and is willing to guide you) than you have hit the jackpot!

So , you have my gratitude , #satledcaramel19, for showing me the way and being so patient while explaining things like # hashtags and where to find the pictures for my post.

Please like and comment.

    1. I am so grateful to you. Blogging is such a useful way of letting out all that is clamoring to get out of one’s mind. Its therapeutic and at the same time it may be of some interest/ help to someone else.

  2. I didnโ€™t have a mentor when I originally started my first blog in 2005, which is why it didnโ€™t last long and never got much of a following. Youโ€™re fortunate to have sound someone to help you get started.

  3. Such a lovely tribute to your mentor. I didn’t have anyone really helping me when I decided to create my blog. I just jumped in with both feet and took and took a chance.
    I bombed the first year because I couldn’t type on the tablet. Then late 2018 is when I fell off the planet due to a horrible depressive cycle. 2019 is so far the best year I’ve had since I started in 2016. I even fought through another cycle by keeping myself focussed.
