With our sincere apology, we want to rectify

Our mistake in letting you think that you were

The winner of today’s competition

But we had to scrap that event and the award

Though it is wicked on our part but unfortunately

We have little choice in this matter

The company who were going to sponsor

Your free stay and travel on this giveaway vacation

Has gone bankrupt and we are left sadly bereft

Of any means to provide you the treat that was promised

yours in apology!
