She said in haughty dismissive tone

“What are you talking about, throwing dirt

On the work, someone put such a lot of effort in”

He was ready to defend his protégé’s writing

” It seems like the work of an adrenaline jock

Not that of an mature, emotionally stable man

Just a lot of blood shed masquerading as

An adventure with no depth or stable plot”

She slammed the book shut putting it away

“I have better things to do with my time”
